When it comes to exterior Painting, we always make sure it is the right time of the year to do the work. We do the following steps before starting to paint:
Step 1: We pressure wash the whole house
Step 2: We check for rotted wood to change
Step 3: We scrape any loose paint and caulk area where it needs to be caulk
Step 4: We cover all the plants, windows, floors (everything that needs to be cover)
Staining
We also do staining. We can stain any wood surfaces
We make sure all the surface is pressure wash first before staining
